This policy outlines the terms for order cancellation, replacement, and refunds to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • To cancel, please email us at customercare@clevani.com with your order number.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You may refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery.
  • Refund will be processed once the product is returned to our warehouse.
2. Replacement Policy

We ensure the highest quality standards for our skincare products. However, if you face any issues, we offer replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us with:
    • Order number
    • Images of the product and packaging

Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
4. Exclusions

Replacement or cancellation will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

Exception:

  • These products are eligible only if found defective or damaged.
5. How to Initiate a Replacement

To request a replacement:

  1. Email customercare@clevani.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and issue details.
  3. Attach clear images of the product and packaging.
  • Our support team will review your request and guide you with the next steps, including pickup or return instructions.
  • Replacement products will be shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse after approval.
6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • If a replacement is not possible.
  • If an order is cancelled before shipment.
  • If a returned product is received and approved.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after approval.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
